Delivery

We’re here to make stationery and office supply easy. And that includes the most important part of the process: delivery.

• We provide free delivery for orders over $99 to the Melbourne Metro area. Orders under $99 attract a $14.95 delivery charge.
• Delivery outside Melbourne Metro is available and we will quote you after receiving your order.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for Furniture and larger items due to extra handling and longer transport times.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

• We are not able to quote delivery lead times on our website.
• To get an indication of lead times, you can contact us after you place your order.

UPON DELIVERY

• We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding that reasonable access is available.
• If reasonable access is unavailable or you are not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, you will be charged for any subsequent re-delivery.
• Upon delivery, please inspect the goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to us.
• Items labelled FLAT PACK will require self-assembly. We can organise an on-site assembly. Minimum assembly charge $99.

DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING

• Unless otherwise agreed with your Assigned Store, disposal of packaging is your responsibility.
